Walter has been my personal trainer for over five years, and I have come to appreciate him, both as a trainer and as a person of very high moral fiber. He is an expert in martial arts, wrestling, and weight lifting, among other things. With a great sense of humor, Walter has a way of gently explaining what needs to be done and coercing you to do exercises beyond your capabilities. The results are obvious, too. My tennis game has improved over the past year so significantly, that three tennis instructors have commented on how much stronger I am playing. I feel very lucky to have him as my trainer, and would recommend him wholeheartedly for those who are trying to strengthen their bodies. He's a professional, and very supportive.

Walter has been my trainer for the past 21 months. During that time, he has helped me gain a lot of muscle tone and strength. My original goal was to train for a 7 mile mud run + military style obstacles, and after only 3 months of sessions with Walter, the race seemed easy! While I have always enjoyed running, strength training is where I needed a push. Walter used both traditional and new techniques to improve my upper body strength. He kept things interesting with different exercises each session, and he targeted the areas where I would need the most shaping.

After the first Mudderella, I did two more races and Walter kept increasing my training so I would gain more and more strength. He has a good balance of pushing to maximum potential, but also encouraging along the way. He took into account my goals and abilities. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to start or continue an exercise program!

Working out with Walter from WB Fitness has helped me in so many ways and changed my life for the better: looks, strength and endurance. A middle-aged, out of shape, overweight man who could barely do 3 pushups when I started, I began to think in a much healthier way and decided to compete in athletics. With fun and exciting workouts in the gym and outdoors, I became a strong, confident athlete, unafraid to participate in Highland Games, 5K's and even sparring. Reducing my weight from 350 to 275 enabled me to go on a very strenuous adventure trip, tracking grizzlies in the Canadian Rockies.

It may sound extreme, but I credit Walter with saving my life! I suffered a brain aneurysm. Fortunately, I had been training for a while with Walter. The doctors told me, if I hadn't had such personal strength and stamina, I would probably not have survived. After the aneurysm, Walter again took me from weak, with many lingering effects, back to a strong competitor.

Walter changed my life from a can't do, to a CAN DO, and I had a lot of motivation and fun along the way.
